An existing detached house rebuilt within the last few years. The attic is enlarged to create more indoor space to house the new owner’s collectibles. A new gym was carved out of an existing circulation space at the 2nd storey. The 1st storey was reconfigured and living room was opened up to have a closer connection to the swimming pool.
