Architect (Registered Architect)

A Registered Architect is an architect who is registered with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) upon passing its prescribed examinations.

A Registered Architect has to obtain an annual practising certificate from the BOA in order to offer professional works in Singapore and be qualified as a Qualified Person.

Habitable Height

The SCDF refers the habitable height as the height of buildings measured from the lowest level of the fire engine accessway or fire engine access road to the finished floor level of the highest habitable floor.
