The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development. Planning Permission must be obtained from the URA for all building projects, except minor development or works that could be exempted.
The development owner should engage a Qualified Person to prepare the building proposal for submission the URA for the application of the Planning Permission.
