Written Permission (WP) is the written document by the URA for the grant of the Planning Permission of a development proposal. It is granted for the development of land, works within a conservation area, or subdivision of land.
The permission will lapse if the development is not completed by the date stated on it. An application for extension can be made to the URA before the WP lapses.
